Maria Eugenia Filmanovic

CO-FOUNDER

Maria Eugenia worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and advised large corporates and institutional investors on nature-based carbon removal and impact investment portfolios, most recently focused on work around carbon procurement.

Valerio Magliulo

CEO & CO-FOUNDER

Valerio has extensive Product and Ops experience across all stages of tech (seed, scale-up, growth, big tech), including Uber, Monzo, Google and recently Facebook, where he led their global efforts to fight COVID-19 and vaccine misinformation.

María Pía Alais

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Pía has extensive experience in driving strategic planning and running complex projects at start-ups. Her previous roles include Chief of Staff at Vertical Future where she was instrumental for driving operation excellence and fundraising. She is also a qualified solicitor.

Juan Carlos Arredondo Brun

DIRECTOR OF KNOWLEDGE, POLICY AND ADVOCACY

Juan Carlos is and international expert on climate policy and carbon markets. For 15 years he was a UNFCCC climate negotiator for Mexico and served as Mexico’s lead negotiator for Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. In 2019 he was appointed by ICAO as member of the Technical Advisory Body (TAB) for CORSIA.

Nick Daniel

GLOBAL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Nick has extensive experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and helping organisations take climate action with practical solutions, including driving the commercial success of Climate Partner where he was a member of the executive team.
